After posting last night's entry I realized that seventeen lines while writing does not equal seventeen once published. So from now on when I count the lines of the story, I will do so while writing it. I suppose I could preview the post and count, but I don't feel like doing that. Counting in itself is already complicated, we wouldn't want to complicate things even more.
For today I will leave it at that since I am celebrating my heron's birthday! We went for Japanese food, came home and I presented the cake I baked along with a couple of small gifts. Heron is leaving the nest tomorrow for a photoshoot in Ottawa!
